Eighteen-year-old Sofie wants a room in Amsterdam, and to get one she has to go through house viewings. Again and again she has to convince the residents of a student house that she is the best candidate for the vacant room. The competition is fierce and the residents are merciless. Who will be accepted by the group, and who will be rejected? How far will the candidates go? This world of judging and being judged asks the utmost of a person’s self-confidence. What does it do to Sofie?
